By accessing or using BuyRoundup (“the Service”), operated at buyroundup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuyRoundup is a platform that allows users to create, share, and manage curated product roundup pages containing product information and affiliate links. The Service includes roundup creation tools, public sharing pages, templates, and click tracking analytics.

3. User Accounts

To create roundups, you must register for an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service (roundup titles, descriptions, product selections). By making a roundup public, you grant BuyRoundup a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and cache that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to create content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false or misleading product information
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing links
• Impersonates another person or entity

5. Affiliate Links & FTC Compliance

Roundups on BuyRoundup may contain affiliate links. When visitors click these links and make purchases, the roundup creator and/or BuyRoundup may earn a commission. All affiliate relationships are disclosed on roundup pages in compliance with FTC guidelines.

You acknowledge that product prices, availability, and specifications shown in roundups are subject to change and may not always reflect real-time data from retailers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Artificially inflate click counts or analytics
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The BuyRoundup name, logo, and website design are the property of BuyRoundup. The Service software, templates, and guide content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that product information in roundups is accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyRoundup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your public roundups will be removed from the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
